We’re representing a PE-backed digital transformation consultancy operating at nearly $500M global scale, expanding rapidly across the US and UK. This is a boutique business with global reach - agile enough to move fast, but big enough to win multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.

They are hiring Sales Directors to own and grow a vertical - either Consumer, Retail, iGaming, or Telecoms - with full autonomy to drive new logo acquisition and shape go-to-market strategy.

The role:

  • Take full ownership of your vertical, building a targeted account strategy and winning new enterprise clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on $500k–$5M+ deals.
  • Sell high-value digital transformation, product engineering, and technology services solutions.
  • Work closely with delivery leadership and solution architects to create compelling proposals.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years’ IT services / consulting sales experience with a hunter mindset.
  • Proven ability to close large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Deep network in one of the target verticals: Consumer, Retail, iGaming, Telecoms
  • Strategic, self-driven, and able to operate with high autonomy.
  • Based in either London, UK, or the New York Tri-State area, with flexibility to travel.
