Based in Lane End, High Wycombe, HP14 3BY (hybrid working) when not travelling internationally
Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 37 hours per week

We're seeking a visionary Sales Director to join our expanding global water technologies company, dedicated to driving ecological transformation. This role offers exceptional career growth and comprehensive benefits in a purpose-driven organisation.
As our Sales Director, you'll spearhead our commercial strategy, leading a global sales team while contributing to our mission of environmental sustainability.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth while contributing to environmental sustainability through innovative water technologies.
Core Responsibilities:
Design and execute strategic commercial initiatives
Drive new business development and customer acquisition
Oversee key account management and stakeholder relationships
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and R&D teams
Guide product development strategy
Lead performance tracking and KPI management
Develop and mentor a global sales organization
Required Experience:
Proven track record in scientific/laboratory equipment sales leadership
Demonstrated success in growing territory revenues
Experience with global accounts and channel partner management
Strong understanding of laboratory operations and instrumentation
International business acumen
Expert-level sales forecasting and budget management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
