The role:
A highly motivated and innovative individual, who can deliver exceptional learning design solutions both in a digital and physical capacity. Adaptable to evolving priorities, be highly skilled with identifying needs and creating solutions in a retail-learning environment. They need to be agile, creative thinkers, collaborative and strong listeners with excellent communication abilities.
They will drive innovation whilst continuously evolve learning strategies in a digital and physical format to ensure content is effective and fit for the user. They will be key in the evaluation of learning solutions, making recommendations for future content. They will support in the organization of physical events, sourcing venues and arranging travel and accommodation of both the delegates and the Sales Education & Development team. They will work within pre-set budgets to support the profitability of the business.
What you will do:
- Content Design Content creation on our in-house Digital Learning Academy platform through the Elucidat authoring tool and Cross Knowledge BlendedX platform based on the briefs of the line manager. Support in the translation of Campaigns, education models (e.g. CRM, ESG), Product/Category Collections into digital format. Duplicate content into Power Point format for global market language translation. Create innovative and engaging Learner Marketing emails to support and launch the digital learning created. Set up of Campaigns in back office of the Digital Learning Academy.
- Reporting Create regular reports on the progression of users per campaign and discuss results with line manager. Make recommendation on the different types of reports available to assess on the Digital Learning Academy and the objective behind each suggested report. Share the reports with all relevant stakeholders and make appropriate recommendations to improve compliance if necessary. Regularly review the use of the licenses per user to ensure they are being utilised.
- Evaluation Set up measurable evaluation for each learning session (physical or digital), analyse and present findings back to the line manager. Discuss the learning from each piece of evaluation with the line manager and make recommendations.
- Competitor Awareness Awareness of Sales Education & Development competitor activity and innovation with potential to translate this into our business.Awareness of innovation in the Digital Learning environment, keeping abreast of the latest authoring tools, technologies and methodologies.
- Delivery Support in the delivery and facilitation of any physical workshops/training sessions/conference
- Coordination Support in the coordination of all travel, hotel accommodation, venue booking for all Sales Education & Development team members and retail/wholesale teams.
What you will need:
- Educated to GCSE & A-Level as a minimum (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a Sales Education & Development environment (min 2 years), ideally within the luxury retail sector
- Experience of Digital Learning Design
- Understanding of Training Needs Analysis
- Comfortable & confident in presenting/coaching to a varied audience
- Skilled in Time Management
- Experienced in Digital Learning Content creation
- Competent in Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe, knowledgeable of Digital Learning Platforms (Rise, Articulate, Elucidat, CKLS)
- Video creation and editing skills using iMovie, Movie Maker (desirable)
- Experience in coaching, leading, performance management (desirable)
