Building Enterprise GTM Teams For Seed ️ Series C Software Companies
Our Client
Founded 5 years ago and already 130 people strong with offices in both London and NY, our client has built a robust and explosive DataOps business. Series B funded (raised over $30m), they are currently the youngest AI business to raise a Series B from the YCombinator portfolio! They have built a product that blends machine learning models and data annotation to help businesses save time and money.
What You’ll Get
Looking to pay £80,000 - £100,000 on the base + equity. This role is hybrid, with an expectation to be in their central London office a minimum of 3 days a week. You’ll get the chance to join stellar professionals selling a pioneering product for a young, fast-growing SaaS business. They have grown 120% in the last 2 years and have recently ramped up their hiring efforts after landing several new enterprise logos.
What You’ll Do
- Build the Enablement Engine: Develop and own the sales enablement content library, including battlecards, competitive intelligence briefs, sales decks, and customer success stories.
- Deliver World-Class Training: Design and execute a comprehensive sales onboarding program and deliver ongoing training on new products, sales methodologies, and vertical-specific messaging (e.g., emerging markets like humanoid AI).
- Drive Competitive Edge: Analyse market trends and won/lost deals to ensure the sales team can effectively articulate our unique value proposition and counter competitive threats.
- Optimise the Tech Stack: Drive the adoption and effective use of key sales tools, including HubSpot, Notion, and call recording platforms.
- Establish Scalable Processes: Build the sales enablement function from the ground up, creating repeatable processes for content creation, training, and performance analysis in a dynamic startup environment.
What You’ll Need
- Startup DNA: Proven experience building or being a foundational member of a sales enablement function within a startup. You must be resilient, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where they need to build from scratch.
- B2B SaaS Background: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, recurring revenue models, and the type of enablement that supports them.
- Content & Training Expertise: Demonstrable experience creating high-impact sales content and delivering effective training programs (onboarding, product launches, etc.).
- Cross-Functional Leader: Exceptional ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing to translate complex technical information into digestible and actionable sales resources.
