The role

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Principal Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role will serve as the lead technical expert in designing and delivering sales enablement solutions for Transform Performance International (a Peoplewise Group company). The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with client business objectives and drive measurable impact through the effectiveness of training and enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery Quality Oversight:

    a. Maintaining high standards of delivery quality by ensuring adherence to best practice and undertaking ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement of the offerings.

    b. Upskilling the delivery team and supporting their professional development.

    c. Supporting the design of Transform Performance International products and programmes

    d. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure their impact on employee and business performance

  • Design of bespoke learning programmes: Design and implement innovative learning programs, including e-learning courses, workshops, and blended learning solutions. Oversee the creation of engaging and effective training materials and content bespoke to our client’s needs.
  • Market-Facing Communication: Defining a clear and compelling message about the benefits that TPI and the wider business offers to customers. Effectively communicating that message through market-facing activity to the intended audience. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Business Development Support: Supporting the Sales Team during the pre-sales process by providing technical expertise. Attending (or coordinating others to attend) client meetings and assisting in the development of proposals. Using existing connections to win new business.
  • Account Management Support: Nurturing client relationships through ongoing strategic conversations and QBRs with clients, working in partnership with Peoplewise Account Directors.
  • Project Delivery: Overseeing the Projects team with scheduling, delivery milestones, collaboration with the clients. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Peoplewise Ambassador: Sets the example, holds self and others to account, optimises business processes and promotes the business positively. Suggest change to: representing and promoting the business in a positive light, acting as a key spokesperson to enhance brand awareness and build trust with potential customers through authentic engagement and advocacy. Holds self and others to account.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Support the business in identifying and building key relationships with external partners to further fuel the growth of the business.
  • Peoplewise operates a hybrid working model based on individual and client needs. Our consultants beyond the M25 tend to be more home-based while those more local tend to come into the office for at least 1 day per week. In addition, travel is sometimes also required to our client sites located across the UK, with occasional international travel.

    Key requirements

    Qualifications & Knowledge

  • Educated to Master’s degree level or equivalent or a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in the design and facilitation of learning and development.
  • Coaching qualification (Desirable)

  • BPS Test User Ability & Personality qualified (Desirable)

  • Experience

  • Extensive experience in designing international sales development programmes at all levels within the sales profession in line with best practice.
  • Extensive experience delivering structured and emergent facilitation to executive audiences.
  • Has own practice of contacts and clients, looking to further expand and build their practice.
  • Demonstrable track record and experience working directly with senior leadership audiences (mid-career to c-suite), designing and delivering leadership development and people-focused projects, ideally gained within a professional services or consultancy firm.
  • Ability to design and deliver robust, pragmatic, evidence-based learning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with experience of facilitating learning experiences and giving presentations to a wide range of audiences with gravitas and credibility.
  • Proven track record of proactively managing client stakeholders, including providing thought leadership, constructive feedback, influencing decisions and delivering difficult messages.
  • Demonstrated track record of business development and increasing brand awareness.
  • Familiarity with Challenger or comparable sales methodologies (Desirable).
  • Executive and Senior Leadership Coaching experience in a standalone coaching programme (Desirable).
  • Evidence of cross-industry experience (Desirable).
