Join a dynamic team focused on optimising engagement with customers and enhancing outbound efforts for our Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Reps (SDRs), and the wider sales organization. This position targets improving how AEs generate pipeline and bookings, increasing conversion rates, and driving customer engagement through multiple channels, with the aim that AEs create 20-30% of their own opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead initiatives aimed at driving outbound sales productivity and operational efficiency, focusing on the needs of AEs and the wider sales team.
  • Roadmapping: Own the project plan under the Sales Engagement work-stream.
  • Advanced Data Analytics: Utilise advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions related to outbound efforts and AE performance; present data-driven insights to senior leadership and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives that enhance outbound sales processes; foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organisation.
  • Mentorship & Development: Mentor junior team members and lead workshops to enhance team capabilities aligned with sales needs.

Qualities we look for

  • Experience: 7+ years in Sales Operations with a proven track record of improving outbound sales performance and productivity.
  • Communication: Ability to present project updates to senior leadership and provide recommendations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance AE effectiveness in outbounding.
  • Advanced Tools Knowledge: Expertise with sales tools and analytics platforms (Salesloft, LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.) to optimise outbound engagement.
  • Influence & Impact: Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across teams in support of AEs.

Even Better If You Also Have

  • Experience as an AE, SDR, or sales support role.
  • Experience in a global growing SaaS environment with understanding of cultural nuances in sales practices.
