Sales Engineer & Business Development role at Celestia Technologies
Location: Spain (travel to Europe, the Middle East and the Far East for customer visits and trade shows as required).
Role & Responsibilities
- Be a key part of the sales team, reporting to the CEO.
- Support Celestia TTI to grow its pipeline and customer engagement for the GaN SSPAs product range.
- Conduct regular visits to customers across Europe, the Middle East and the Far East and participate in international trade shows.
- Grow the current customer base in target areas by interpreting customer requirements and providing high-quality solutions that meet their needs.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate with local partners and distributors, and liaise with customers and the factory to ensure product delivery.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers as part of a diverse role.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Background as a telecommunications engineer, industrial engineer, physicist or equivalent.
- Knowledge of RF systems and high-power amplifier technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in business development in the satellite communications field.
- Personal network of contacts with satellite operators, broadcasters and satellite communications companies.
- Good knowledge of the satellite communications market, including commercial and institutional customers and competitors.
- Availability for travel.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently, in a trusted, precise and organized way.
