Regarding the role: Reel Unlimited is seeking a motivated Sales Executive & Account Manager to drive revenue growth through lead conversion, client retention, and content creation. This hybrid position combines new business development with ongoing client relationship management across UK, US, and European markets.
Tasks
- Handle inbound leads and conduct product demonstrations across UK, US, and European markets
- Convert prospects into clients through phone/video sales calls and presentations
- Serve as primary account manager for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Monitor client usage patterns and proactively address any concerns or issues
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to maintain strong relationships
- Manage sales pipeline and follow up with leads using CRM systems
- Create educational content including blog posts and video tutorials for prospect engagement
- Develop case studies and success stories highlighting agency profit opportunities
- Gather client feedback and coordinate with internal teams for service improvements
- Track sales activities, client satisfaction metrics, and provide regular performance reports
- Support paid advertising campaigns with market insights and client feedback
- Handle client onboarding process and ensure smooth project transitions
- 2-3 years sales experience with customer service or account management background
- Experience with CRM systems and client relationship management
- Strong communication skills for both sales and ongoing client support
- Content creation skills including writing and basic video creation
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work 2 PM - 7 PM UK timezone to cover UK, US, and European markets
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns professionally
- Experience with lead generation and client retention strategies
- Previous experience in agency, design, or creative services industry preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts
- Available for immediate start
