We are recruiting an experienced Sales Invoicing Administrator to join our growing business based in Leeds. You will work within the Finance department with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) after probation.

Ideal candidate qualities include:

• Invoicing experience in property/facilities management (preferred)
• Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and show initiative
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Effective communicator internally and externally
• Excellent data analysis skills using Excel and other systems

Key duties:

• Deliver accurate and timely customer invoicing with supporting info
• Upload invoices to third-party portals as required
• Monitor customer PO compliance and report missing POs
• Proactively resolve invoicing issues and coordinate with departments
• Minimize work not invoiced to optimize cash flow
• Meet deadlines set by the Line Manager
• Report on un-invoiced work to operations regularly
• Maintain records of invoiced and non-invoiced work for reconciliation
