Sales Manager / Director (with Equity)
New Today
Equity Ownership– 10% share options in a high-growth drinks business 5 year valuation on circa for £15,000,000
The Role
AsSales Manager / Director (DOE), you’ll be at the heart of our sales and commercial strategy. You'll take ownership of existing customer relationships, grow new accounts, and help shape how we sell — including pricing, packaging, and product development.
This is a rare opportunity to join early, shape the future of a scaling brand, and earn equity in a high-potential business with a clear path to Head of Sales.
Responsibilities
Account Management
- Take ownership of key existing accounts (e.g. bar groups, coworking spaces, event partners).
- Handle repeat orders, upsell new products, and deliver exceptional service.
- Build strong client relationships that drive loyalty and revenue.
New Business Development
- Identify and approach new leads in hospitality, events, corporate, and retail sectors.
- Create and pitch proposals to new customers, from first contact to closing deals.
- Track and report on sales pipelines and targets.
Product & Commercial Strategy
- Contribute to sales strategy — helping shape how we price, package, and position our offer.
- Feed customer insight into product development (e.g. new SKUs, branded lines, bar hire packages).
- Work with the team to test and launch new commercial initiatives.
Future Leadership
We’re looking for someone with the ambition to grow into a key commercial leader, contributing not just to sales, but to the direction of the business as we scale.
- Process Building: Help us define and build the sales systems and tools we need to scale.
- Strategic Input:Work closely with Directors to shape commercial priorities.
- Future Leadership: This role is designed for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and grow into Head of Sales.
Ownership & Growth
This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to become part of the founding commercial team of a fast-growing tech-driven wholesale startup.
- Attractive Equity Package:You’ll receive a meaningful share of the business. The right candidate will join as an early-stage owner alongside founding staff and partners — with real influence and real upside.
- High-Growth Trajectory:Our mission is to scale rapidly over the next 3–5 years — expanding nationally, unlocking new revenue streams, and building a dominant brand in drinks wholesale, fulfilment and hire.
- Planned Exit Strategy:We are actively building toward a high-value business sale within five years. Founding shareholders stand to benefit significantly at exit — this is a genuine opportunity to turn your ownership into a life-changing financial outcome.
- Make Your Mark:Your ideas won’t be buried. You’ll help shape the commercial direction, build scalable systems, and lead our go-to-market strategy — with autonomy, trust, and real rewards.

- 2–3 days per weekworking from our warehouse (to meet with the team, visit clients, and connect with operations).
- The rest from home— managing outreach, pipelines, proposals, and CRM systems remotely.
We trust our team to manage their time and take ownership of their work.
