The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll manage your local strategy, marketing, and hours, directly influencing your earnings. You’ll grow your own estate agency business in your area, from prospecting to valuing and negotiating.
Supported by Nested’s marketing team, you’ll handle local advertising and client relationships, acting as the sole point of contact throughout their Nested journey. You’ll have access to a smart selling app and in-house support.
Compensation starts at 75% of revenue, increasing to 100%, rewarding your hard work and skill. This role offers the flexibility to work your way, supported by Nested’s brand and services.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of top industry experience in residential property valuation, sales, and customer service.
- Strong marketing strategy skills and ability to generate leads and build a local valuation pipeline.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and passion for your craft.
- Deep knowledge of your local area, including amenities and hotspots.
- Alignment with Nested’s values and a customer-centric approach.
- Social media skills are a bonus; enthusiasm for brand building is expected.
