Location: Lincoln covering nationally (2 days office based / 3 days on the road)

Remuneration: £45,000 + £60,000 + commission based on % of sales (tbc based on your experience)

Schedule: 08:30-17:00 Monday-Friday

The Role

The role of the Sales Manager - Flooring Equipment & Machinery will involve:

• Sales Manager position promoting the hire & sales of flooring / surface preparation equipment and associated products such as: machine, diamond tools, generators, dust control machines etc
• All of your time will be spent selling to flooring contractors, main & sub-contractors
• Order values ranging from £50-£30k
• Turnover target will be set determined on your experience
• Tend to phone and emails on a day to day basis
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical product knowledge

Ideal Applicant

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Manager - Flooring Equipment & Machinery with:

• Must have field sales experience in the plant machinery or flooring sectors
• Ideally with direct customer base experience (flooring contractors) however would consider any contractor led construction field sales professional
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Growth focused, driving expansion and pipeline
• Organised - able to manage leads, pipelines, and national travel effectively
• Willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be hungry and driven
