Sales Manager - UK (all genders)

Location: Client visits across the UK

TASKS

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the Distribution, EPC, C&I, residential segment.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer relationships in the responsible area or market.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and technical support, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote LONGi’s products and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree and above.
  • Relevant experience in sales within the solar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Open-minded, adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry environment.
  • Used to work in cross-cultural environment.
