This facilitates collaboration and allows employees to maximise productivity whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance.**Background**The Sales Manager for Strategic Partners & Ratings Agencies will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to strengthen Jupiter’s relationships with clients within the Strategic Partners channel and enhance visibility with ratings agencies. This role is pivotal in positioning Jupiter as a trusted partner, driving growth through collaborative initiatives, and ensuring the firm maintains top-tier ratings and industry recognition.**Key Responsibilities****Strategic Partner Management:*** Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with Nationals, Networks, Consolidators, Lifecos and other Strategic Partners for Jupiter.* Work with the Head of Strategic Partners & Ratings to identify commercial opportunities to collaborate with partners to distribute the full range of Jupiter product.* Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of the client channel and to develop tailored solutions that drive mutual growth and enhance Jupiter’s market share.**Ratings Agency Engagement:*** Work as a primary liaison with leading fund and asset manager rating agencies.* Coordinate submissions, provide performance insights, and ensure timely responses to ratings reviews, along side the sales support team.* Support internal teams to enhance fund ratings and improve external recognition.**Sales Strategy & Execution:*** Develop account plans for strategic partners, identifying growth opportunities and competitive threats.* Collaborate with marketing, investment teams, and distribution colleagues to align messaging and campaigns.* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and ratings outcomes to inform strategic decision-making.**Reporting & Analytics:*** Track and report on performance, sales pipelines, and rating agency outcomes.* Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to guide strategic initiatives.**Desired Skills / Experience*** Experience in asset management sales, ideally working with strategic partners or intermediary channels.* Understanding of ratings agencies, their methodologies, and reporting requirements.* Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.* Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting market and ratings data to inform sales strategy.* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.**Additional Role Details*** This role is subject to the Conduct Rules set by the FCA.* This role is a certified position under the SMCR.Our high-conviction investment approach is fundamental to the way we think, and the way we work.
