Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

My client is a fast-growing European technology company that is leading the way in making the digital world more inclusive and user-friendly for all. As a recognized innovator in the field of digital accessibility, they empower organizations to create barrier-free digital experiences through smart, user-centric software solutions. With their European market leadership firmly established, they are now expanding into the UK.

To support this growth, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team and spearhead UK sales efforts. This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first sales hires in a key new market, helping to shape local strategy, engage with forward-thinking clients, and close impactful deals.

What You'll Do

• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Help build and scale the sales structure and strategy in the UK.
• Work closely with leadership to tailor messaging and outreach to the UK market.
• Operate independently with freedom and creative input.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A self-starter mindset with strong goal orientation.
• Native-level English (C2); additional languages a plus.
• A passion for tech and for creating meaningful, social impact through your work.
