The role
We are looking for a Sales Manager UK based somewhere in the UK. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for developing MAFI’s business in the United Kingdom. You will work closely with existing customers and identify new opportunities. The role requires a strong customer focus, with regular customer visits expected.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and achieve annual sales targets at customer and product levels.
- Prepare an annual cost budget to support sales activities.
- Conduct customer visits, follow-ups, reporting, and implementation.
- Build market knowledge about the region and its customers.
- Document and communicate your work to identify business opportunities and potential projects.
- Plan your work to support the company’s strategy within your area of responsibility.
Who are you?
- Business-driven with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Experienced (3–5 years) in sales of technical solutions.
- Preferably experienced in telecom and international sales.
- Comfortable working independently, managing your own agenda and prioritizing opportunities.
- Skilled in deal-making and building customer-focused relationships.
- A team player who is responsible, self-motivated, curious, and driven.
You will report directly to our Head of Sales North Europe, based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Since the role covers the UK market, domestic travel is required, and international travel may also occur. Travel frequency varies depending on customer needs and opportunities.
There is no fixed office location in the UK; you will work from a home office. The role demands high customer presence and a proactive mindset.
Fluent English language skills and a valid UK driver’s license (Category B) are required.
