About 32Co
At 32Co, we’re on a mission to revolutionise healthcare by empowering generalist clinicians to deliver specialist care to millions of people.
Imagine being able to go to your local healthcare professional, and get the quality of specialist healthcare normally reserved for Harley Street. 32Co is building the latest AI technology to make this a reality, starting in two multi-billion dollar markets.
With customer feedback at 4.97* out of 5* for the product, we need ambitious, creative sales people who do more than just sell, but want to use their skills to change lives.
Backed by Tier 1 investors from day one, Balderton Capital, investors behind Revolut, City Mapper, and Depop, we’re rapidly expanding our operations across the UK and beyond.
With a proven model and strong traction, we have ambitious plans to expand into other healthcare verticals - bringing the same level of innovation and accessibility to new areas of medicine.
The Role
We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Onboarding Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment. You’ll play a key role at the very start of our customer journey - converting inbound interest into long-term partnerships by introducing dentists to our solutions, supporting them through training, and ensuring they launch their first 32Co patients with confidence. This role blends sales, relationship management, and onboarding, making it ideal for someone eager to learn and grow a career in sales.
What you’ll be doing
- Convert inbound leads: be the first point of contact for dentists reaching out to 32Co - introduce our products, qualify their needs, and position the value of our solutions.
- Guide through education: liaise closely with our Education team to enroll dentists onto our courses, monitor their progress, and keep them engaged.
- Drive adoption: take ownership of dentists who complete their course, drive adoption of and loyalty to 32Co.
- Acquire outbound leads: support 32Co’s growth efforts by acquiring new dentists through calling, email and other channels.
- Build relationships: develop strong, trusted relationships with dentists to encourage ongoing case activity and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate for success: work with sales, education, and product teams to create a seamless customer journey from inquiry to active user.
- Track and report: maintain detailed client notes in the CRM and report on lead conversion, onboarding, and patient conversion metrics.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; confident presenting solutions to professionals.
- Sales-driven mindset with a genuine eagerness to close deals, hit targets, and contribute to growth.
- Growth mindset - passionate about continuously developing your sales skills and becoming the best salesperson you can be.
- Proactive self-starter who takes initiative, works autonomously, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Process-oriented and adaptable, able to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently while following a structured, repeatable sales process.
- Highly coachable with the ability to learn quickly, take feedback on board, and adapt to new challenges.
- London-based (or commutable) - able to work from our Hoxton office 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
- See your work translate into real-world impact - you’ll have the chance to help change lives every day and meet the people whose care you’re improving.
- Competitive salary based on experience and uncapped commission potential, with regular performance reviews to ensure your compensation keeps pace with your impact.
- Build the Future of HealthTech; we’re tackling a multi-billion dollar challenge with real-world impact.
- Founded by an ex-Oxford doctor and former BCG consultant, with a proven track record of creating the world’s leading Haemophilia management app.
- Join a company seed-funded by top VCs with a multicultural, ambitious, high calibre team.
- Birthday day off - because no one should work on their birthday!
- Team perks, including regular team lunches, quarterly socials and an annual retreat.
- Flexible working arrangements, splitting time between home and our vibrant London office.
