Sales Operations Analyst

Join Pulsant as a Sales Operations Analyst. The role reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations and works closely with Sales Operations, Finance and Commercial teams. The position is hybrid: 3 days a week from the Maidenhead office and 2 days from home.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team with data analysis and present data in a rapid and consumable format.
  • Hold responsibility for data integrity, freshness and cleanliness of CRM; reconcile CRM with other business systems.
  • Create performance metrics and KPIs that drive successful behaviours across the Commercial team.
  • Attend and present updates on forecasting with Sales Leaders.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly packs with narrative and insight for Board and leadership meetings.
  • Discover insightful trends within behaviours, inputs and outputs to support strategy development.
  • Generate client briefs, presentations and sales literature.
  • Lead collation and aid presentation of monthly commission calculations and quarterly information packs.
  • Utilise data from various sources to create relevant reports into past and potential sales activities.
  • Drive change within the Commercial organization to support overall strategies.
  • Understand core marketing operations concepts, pipeline development, and create reporting and analytics.
  • Recognise financial concepts in sales processes.
  • Develop strong understanding of the business and markets.
  • Collaborate with the wider Sales Operations team on projects requiring changes to CRM and reports.
  • Ad hoc data pack production and analysis for projects and activities as required.

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience in commercial analytics, problem solving and decision impacting roles.
  • Experience synthesising data into strategic and actionable insights and presenting to Senior Leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and BI tools to create detailed reporting and dashboards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly detail oriented and strong attention to detail, able to prioritise time efficiently, communicate well and deliver to deadlines.
  • Flexible approach, strong stakeholder communication and management.
