We are looking for an exceptional Sales Transformation Executive to support the Strategic Operations Manager and the wider team in driving sales behaviour change through our Sales Transformation programme and Central Support Unit (CSU).

Job Description
As a Sales Transformation Executive you will:
- Lead on PA‑wide implementation communications to maximise impact.
- Deliver training workshops, bite‑size sessions and campaigns in support of sales technology change (e.g., Introhive, CRM).
- Provide ad‑hoc project management, analysis and materials to support overall sales performance improvements.
- Support sales activation, sales campaigns, sector marketing campaigns and account best practice across PA.
- Assist the SOM with bid content management and AI bid‑writing tool implementation.
- Support CRM and Introhive delivery initiatives – gathering requirements, creating user stories, stakeholder engagement and rollout plans.
- Lead on the Breakthrough account initiative – account strategy, planning, coaching and reporting.
- Organise sales training workshops (e.g., bid writing, win themes, commercial models, relationship masterclasses).
- Deliver onboarding training for new CSU recruits and maintain sales/CSU SharePoint sites.
- Act as a super‑user of LinkedIn and other sales platforms, providing best‑practice advice.
Qualifications
- Experienced sales and account management professional with a background in sales transformation programmes.
- Proven track record of driving change, delivering training and supporting technology initiatives such as CRM and sales platforms.
- Knowledgeable in professional services or consultancy environments.
- People skills – build relationships quickly and deliver impact.
- Organised and detail‑oriented with strong project management and analytical skills.
- Tech‑competent – able to grasp, explain and coach on sales technologies.
- Self‑starter who can define own tasks and work with people at all levels.
- Proficient in using sales technologies, especially CRM systems and platforms like LinkedIn.
- Excellent communicator, able to present clearly and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Experience in managing onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
- Collaborative and supportive, focused on driving best practice and enabling team success.
