The Role
Are you passionate about driving commercial performance through operational excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Manager (F/H) to support our sales teams and optimise effectiveness through streamlined processes, data-driven insights, and collaborative execution.
Based in Paris, this hybrid position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth operations, strategic alignment, and high-quality support to drive sales performance. You’ll contribute to key initiatives, lead process improvements, and serve as a central point for operational efficiency.

Principle Accountabilities
- Oversee and coordinate sales support functions, ensuring alignment with internal processes and performance goals.
- Support the implementation and execution of sales initiatives, KPIs, and forecasting processes.
- Deliver reporting, analytics, and insights to track sales performance and drive decision-making.
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues, non-standard orders, or operational bottlenecks.
- Manage operational projects in collaboration with marketing, finance, and supply chain.
- Support and mentor junior team members, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or Business Operations - preferably within FMCG or B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to operations.
- Ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel/Power BI.
