What you\'ll be doing:

• Promoting Prime and our clients\' opportunities across social media platforms
• Finding and contacting potential candidates who are looking to take a step into the professional world of sales.
• Building rapport with and supporting graduates to help find them their ideal sales career
• Utilising job boards and other platforms to connect with graduates searching for their first sales role out of university
• Building your network and presence on LinkedIn
• Updating the CRM system with your candidate activities, pipeline and results
• Organising telephone screenings and video interviews with graduates
• Helping candidates prepare for our award-winning Prime Training Days and interviews with our clients
