- Quick and clear progression - the opportunity to be promoted in your first 6 months, and then again in the following 2-3 months! The majority of our team achieve 2 promotions in their first 12 months with the business.

What you\'ll be doing:
- Promoting Prime and our clients\' opportunities across social media platforms
- Finding and contacting potential candidates who are looking to take a step into the professional world of sales.
- Building rapport with and supporting graduates to help find them their ideal sales career
- Utilising job boards and other platforms to connect with graduates searching for their first sales role out of university
- Building your network and presence on LinkedIn
- Updating the CRM system with your candidate activities, pipeline and results
- Organising telephone screenings and video interviews with graduates
- Helping candidates prepare for our award-winning Prime Training Days and interviews with our clients
