Role

If you’re a confident talker who enjoys asking questions and getting to know people, this could be the role for you. You may have a wealth of life experience in building relationships, or you may regularly negotiate and resolve everyday challenges. You have transferable skills to succeed in a sales advisor role with EE. Training will be provided so you’re ready to discuss all products and services confidently.

We don’t do hard sales. The role involves talking to customers over the phone about how we can enhance their digital lives and discussing the right products for them.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers over the phone to discuss products and services that fit their needs.
• Communicate clearly about how to improve customers’ digital experiences.
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach to inquiries and support.
