Salary: From £32,000 per year + commission + performance bonus

BritTherm Limited is expanding and we’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with strong B2B field sales experience in the heating and plumbing industry (or a closely related field). This is a sales-focused, field-based role covering the North of England and North of the Midlands.
You will play a key role in growing our presence in the region - through frequent customer visits, Breakfast Mornings and Trade Days - while actively developing new business and strengthening relationships with merchants, profit centres and trade counters.
We are building a high-performing sales team and are looking for someone commercially minded, self-motivated and ready to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of merchants and trade customers across the region
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits to promote the BritTherm range and generate sales
- Organise and attend Breakfast Mornings and Trade Days at merchant branches
- Present products with commercial and technical clarity
- Negotiate pricing, close sales and ensure excellent post-sale support
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly activity reports
- Monitor market conditions and feedback customer insights and competitor activity
- Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales experience (heating and plumbing or similar industry – essential)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation and face-to-face sales skills
- Confident running trade events and working with merchant branches
- Strong time and territory management
- Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for regular travel
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Base salary from £32,000 per year
