We’re Hiring – Technical Sales Representative (Remote, with UK experience)

Are you a civil engineer or architect with strong knowledge of the UK residential construction sector? Do you have the ability to build relationships with architecture firms and promote high-value technical services? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We are seeking a driven, technically minded Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our client base in the UK, particularly among architectural practices, offering our structural engineering and building regulations consultancy services.

Your Role

• Identify and engage architecture studios and construction-related firms across the UK
• Represent Westshore Engineering professionally in emails, video calls, and follow-up communications
• Explain our services clearly and technically, tailored to the needs of each client
• Track outreach, manage leads, and report on progress
• Work remotely and independently, with full support from our technical and management team

Ideal Candidate

• Background in civil/structural engineering or architecture (essential)
• Strong understanding of UK residential construction standards, planning, and regulatory environment
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Experience with outbound sales, client-facing roles, or business development is a plus
• Based in the UK or very familiar with the UK construction sector
