Our Client:
Our client is a start-up ServiceNow partner who are passionate about building something different in the digital transformation space.
As a newly formed business, they are setting out to challenge traditional consulting approaches and bring a fresh, agile mindset to the ServiceNow ecosystem. Backed by deep industry expertise and a clear vision, they are assembling a high-calibre team to shape the future of the company - starting with an ambitious SDR to help drive their sales pipeline.
The Role:
As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll be on the front lines - sparking interest, opening doors, and booking high-quality discovery calls for our sales team.
You don’t need experience in ServiceNow - our client will train you. But you must be curious about technology, software, and AI, and excited about helping businesses adopt digital solutions that genuinely make a difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries
- Reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn and other creative channels
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for the Sales team
- Collaborate with marketing to test and improve outreach campaigns
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Learn about ServiceNow, digital workflows, and how we solve client pain points
- Represent the company with energy, professionalism, and purpose
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role
- A genuine interest in technology, software, and AI – this is non-negotiable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and target-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
- ServiceNow experience is not required – we’ll support your learning
