Sales Strategy & Operations Lead - Global Tech

Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven professional to join our EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations team on a 9-month contract (parential leave cover). This is a chance to work directly with senior sales leaders across multiple markets, shaping commercial decisions and driving growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver data-driven insights on revenue trends, product adoption and sales performance
  • Lead business reviews and planning processes across EMEA markets
  • Partner with country leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimise sales performance
  • Manage annual planning, go-to-market design and strategic projects
  • Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions at the highest level

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years’ experience in strategy consulting, sales operations, or an analytical commercial role in tech/digital/media
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills (must have)
  • Strong problem-solving, commercial acumen and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Location: London Hybrid

Contract: 9 months, high chance of extension
