In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll support the sales team by handling customer enquiries, managing follow-ups, and keeping key systems updated. You’ll often be the first point of contact—whether over the phone, by email, or via WhatsApp—so a friendly, professional manner is a must. What you’ll be doing as a Sales Support Administrator:
Responding promptly to customer enquiries across various platforms
Making outbound calls to follow up with leads and ensure they have the info they need
Supporting the handover process of completed sales to ensure a positive customer experience
Accurately entering and updating customer data in internal systems
Assisting colleagues with a range of administrative tasks and ad hoc support
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
Are confident speaking with people from different backgrounds and regions
Can manage multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure
Are proactive, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general business software

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:00), with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota (Saturday is paid at time and half)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
