Overview
Our client is a dynamic, service-driven wholesale tour operator offering a range of solutions for group travel to globally based travel agents for their clients traveling into the UK and Europe. This role is offered on a hybrid basis – Central London.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to sales managers with day-to-day sales activities and administration tasks.
- Creating, amending and sending quotes requests.
- Developing and maintaining client relations.
- Preparing and sending out offers and follow up with customers to win business.
- Managing and developing client profiles.
- Checking and maintaining hotel options and deadlines.
- Active involvement in operational aspects as required.
- Assisting accounts department with any credit control queries.
Experience Required
- Previous experience within travel tour operations / travel sales OR Sales targeted positions is essential
- You must have experience in quoting and costing IN TRAVEL
- Customer-oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Planning and organising skills
- Fluent written and verbal English
Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience (Travel background needed)
- 23 days annual leave allowance
