Overview

Our client is a dynamic, service-driven wholesale tour operator offering a range of solutions for group travel to globally based travel agents for their clients traveling into the UK and Europe. This role is offered on a hybrid basis – Central London.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to sales managers with day-to-day sales activities and administration tasks.
  • Creating, amending and sending quotes requests.
  • Developing and maintaining client relations.
  • Preparing and sending out offers and follow up with customers to win business.
  • Managing and developing client profiles.
  • Checking and maintaining hotel options and deadlines.
  • Active involvement in operational aspects as required.
  • Assisting accounts department with any credit control queries.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience within travel tour operations / travel sales OR Sales targeted positions is essential
  • You must have experience in quoting and costing IN TRAVEL
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Fluent written and verbal English

Salary and Benefits

  • Base Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience (Travel background needed)
  • 23 days annual leave allowance
