Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator with hands-on technical expertise and a platform mindset to support the ongoing delivery, optimisation and governance of our Salesforce platform across multiple business areas.

You will ideally have prior experience in the public sector or working within complex organisational structures.

This role is predominately remote, with very occasional on-site presence required in either our Leeds or London office.

Key Skills

  • Salesforce specialist with a platform mindset and hands-on technical expertise
  • Experience of actively engaging with a Centre of Excellence to mature capabilities and support strategic Salesforce adoption
  • Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance for configuration, integration, and optimisation of Salesforce
  • Experience of supporting Salesforce users by offering troubleshooting, reporting and change execution assistance
  • Able to support and guide L2 and L3 colleagues, including upskilling and development plans
  • Experience of handling admin tasks, change requests and supporting tickets directly when needed

  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to both strategic thinking and technical delivery
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills; able to influence and align teams
  • Excellent communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non technical stakeholders
