This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust Salesforce architectures. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design & Strategy

Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals. Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for Salesforce development. Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical guidance to developers, admins, and stakeholders. Oversee code quality through reviews and enforce development standards. Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.

Integration & Customization

Develop custom components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across integrations.

Project Execution & Collaboration

Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to define technical requirements. Translate functional specs into technical designs and implementation plans. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

System Optimization & Maintenance

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage new features. Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture and configurations.
