Overview

Salesforce Solution Architect role at Paysafe. Paysafe seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to work on our highly customized in-house Salesforce setup with 2500 users. You will consolidate and improve sales processes (B2B) and customer service processes (B2B and B2C) and support an ongoing org merger.

Paysafe Limited is a leading payments platform with extensive experience in payment processing, digital wallet and online cash solutions, serving merchants and consumers globally.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Risk to understand business needs.
• Design high-level Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices and Salesforce guidelines.
• Create user stories, process flows and wireframes to illustrate the proposed solution.
• Convince stakeholders of the best solution for their business needs.
• Collaborate with product owners to define requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical architect responsible for the technical aspects of the solution.
• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery and guide user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate the work of product managers to ensure initiatives align with our Salesforce strategy.
• Evaluate and select Salesforce applications and third-party tools to meet business requirements.
• Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce product developments.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a solution architect for Salesforce, or 5 years of experience as a Sales Cloud or Service Cloud consultant.
• Experience on 5+ different Salesforce setups.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Strong experience in data modelling on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Experience as a Salesforce consultant is a plus.
• Certifications in the Salesforce architect certification paths are a plus.
• Experience with Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CPQ is a plus.
• Knowledge of AgentForce and Einstein capabilities is a plus.
• Experience with AWS Connect is a plus.
