Responsibilities:

• Act as the conduit between Business and Technology stakeholders
• Lead Salesforce-related discovery activities and requirements clarification
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand and map future state business processes
• Ensure user stories accurately reflect business and technical requirements
• Contribute to business and technical refinement sessions
• Design and present Figma wireframes using Salesforce plugins to aid in solution visualization and requirement definition

Requirements:

• Financial Services industry experience, ideally within mortgages
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud at an enterprise level
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Partner Accreditation is highly desirable
• Strong understanding and ability to design declarative Salesforce solutions
• High attention to detail and quality of deliverables

Salary:

• Up to £420 per day - open to Market Rates (Inside IR35)
