The team you'll be working with:
You'll be working with NTT Data UK&I Salesforce Practice under the Delivery and Governance Sub practice, and joining the Development team for Public Sector / Service Cloud clients!
What you'll be doing:
Core skills:
- 6+ years of relevant Salesforce Development Experience
- Produce Technical Designs and documentations
- Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud hands-on configuration and administration (including lightning page layouts, email/routing, custom object definition, list views, dynamic forms)
- Expertise on Out-of-the-box capabilities of Service Cloud including Entitlements / SLA Management
- Implementation of complex Salesforce Flows
- Knowledge of Salesforce Apex and LWC development
- Git software version control
- Familiar with Salesforce SFDX / Visual Studio Code
- Comfortable with agile delivery with Jira task management
- Experience with DevOps Deployment – CI / CD Pipeline
Ideal / Desired Skills:
- Salesforce Industry Cloud experience
- Salesforce SOQL query language and general object model / reporting awareness
- Advanced Salesforce Apex development experience (including defining invocable Flow actions and batch Apex)
- DevOps pipeline implementation and troubleshooting
- Salesforce email configuration, including DNS / DKIM / SPF
- AI prompt building experience
What experience you'll bring:
- A proactive, self-starter Technical Lead able to work independently in a team.
- Lead Development Team
- Produce designs when required
- Represent Team on Client calls and conduct client presentations
- Willing and able to attend the customer's site in central London if required (though predominantly working remotely)
- Experience of Salesforce Service Cloud - must
