Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and deployment of complex Retail solutions from both an application and process perspective.
• Develop and implement SAC solutions that combine BI, planning, and advanced analytics for actionable insights.
• Manage data integration and modelling, connecting SAC to multiple sources (SAP HANA, SAP BW, S/4HANA) and preparing datasets within SAC.
• Conduct detailed analysis of complex business requirements, translating them into robust Retail system solutions.
• Partner with client stakeholders to capture, validate, and document requirements, facilitating workshops where needed.
• Act as the primary liaison for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Work closely with IT and Process Owners to ensure system and process integrity of the Retail template, approving only critical localizations.
• Support deployment teams during prepare/fit-gap phases, leading fit-gap workshops and explaining template functionalities.
• Create or review key deliverables, including functional and interface specifications, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Safeguard solution consistency by validating proposed changes and assessing their wider impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in SAP Cloud Analytics.
• Proven expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including data modelling, features, and application design.
• Strong background in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, with hands-on experience leading workshops and working in client-facing roles.
• Ability to act as solution custodian, ensuring adherence to global templates and best practices.
• Strong documentation skills with experience preparing functional specs, test scripts, training guides, and localization deliverables.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Consulting background is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).
