Are you an experienced SAP HCM professional with a passion for payroll and HR solutions? We’re looking for a skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our AMS team and deliver expert-level support to UK clients, fully remote.

Your Responsibilities:

Serve as the go-to expert for SAP HCM UK Payroll, HR, and related modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring smooth system performance.
Guide clients on best practices and advise on HR/payroll processes and compliance.
Coordinate minor system enhancements, updates, and continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to strengthen the team’s capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years’ experience with SAP HCM UK/Ireland Payroll and related modules.
Deep understanding of operational payroll, HR processes, and compliance requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in complex situations.
Someone who wants to learn and grow.
Experience handling high-volume client support with SLA focus.
SuccessFactors knowledge is a bonus.
Excellent verbal and written communication to explain complex topics clearly.
