Role responsibilities

As a SAP MDG Associate Manager you will be an integral part of the team supporting client SAP transformation projects. You will act as a Functional Expert in the master data governance area, translating business requirements into SAP functional designs and overseeing solution delivery. You will work with clients to define business processes and drive value through SAP MDG and related solutions.

In our team you will:

• Advise clients on data transformation strategies and drive value through SAP-enabled solutions and related tools from SAP partners and Accenture.
• Lead the data migration stream of an S/4HANA transformation, coordinating with delivery centres to execute data strategy.
• Engage with a diverse set of clients across industries on transformational journeys, from single-function projects to global S/4HANA initiatives.

Qualifications and experience

• Experience advising on Master Data Management strategy elements of S/4HANA roadmaps and implementing SAP MDG and complementary MDM applications.
• Experience transforming client data governance models, establishing accountable governance and a target operating model prior to SAP MDG deployment.
• At least 7 years of functional data experience with SME-level expertise on at least two major data objects across end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycles.
• Proven ability to lead distributed delivery teams, including offshore delivery centres.
• Experience addressing data quality challenges, defining corrective actions, and delivering data quality monitoring solutions.
• Understanding of SAP MDG deployment methodologies;
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Understanding of full data lifecycle management, including non-SAP integrations.
• Experience building relationships with client C-Suite stakeholders.
• Experience with other leading MDM tools that complement SAP landscapes.
