Senior Manager – SAP S/4HANA Materials Management Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager – SAP S/4HANA Materials Management Consultant to help clients modernise their operations with SAP S/4HANA. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy problem-solving with impact, and want to work on high-profile projects, this role is for you.

About The Role

As a senior consultant, you'll play a key role in large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes. Your focus will be leading materials management workstreams — from inventory management and MRP to master data design. Working closely with clients across multiple sectors, you’ll combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver impactful solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading SAP S/4HANA Materials Management design and delivery throughout the project lifecycle
• Advising clients on best practices in inventory, procurement, MRP, and material master data
• Managing stakeholders and collaborating across teams to ensure project success
• Supporting business development, shaping proposals, and identifying new opportunities
• Mentoring junior consultants and managing delivery teams (typically 2–5 people)
• Ensuring solutions align with business goals and industry standards
• Balancing delivery with commercial and financial considerations

You’ll Succeed If You Have

• Deep expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA MM, with strong process knowledge
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations
• Consulting experience with a hands-on, client-facing approach
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven team leadership, delivery ownership, and stakeholder engagement
• Pre-sales or proposal development experience is a plus
