SAP S/4HANA FICO Lead

Salary: £95,000 + 20-30% Bonus. Remote (Hybrid/Office optional). Must hold British Passport or ILR.

We're looking for an SAP S/4HANA FICO Lead to join our delivery team on a major transformation programme. This is a role for a hands-on consultant who loves delivering outcomes, not writing decks.

What you'll do:

• Lead Finance & Controlling stream in an S/4HANA transformation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver solutions.
• Support cutover, testing, and go-live activities.

What we're looking for:

• Strong S/4HANA Finance and Controlling expertise.
• End-to-end delivery experience (not just design).
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and business users.
