As an SAP S/4HANA MM & WM Consultant, you will work as part of a great team shaping and delivering the latest processes and solutions to a wide and varied set of clients, across different industry sectors.

Working alongside Capgemini’s team of specialists in our Supply Chain Management Capability in delivering innovative projects to our existing and new clients, you will also have opportunities to develop our pipeline for future projects.

This role is a unique chance to work with the latest technologies, for example: S/4HANA, IoT, UI5, Digital, Cloud and Mobile, helping Clients renew their enterprise as they move through their transformation journeys.

You will be working on single or multiple project lifecycles, at any or all stages, from shaping the transformation roadmap, through agile delivery to post go live support.

Your knowledge of the SAP Demand to Supply area, with a strong focus on Inventory and Warehouse Management functionality and its integration with Production Planning, Quality Management, and Logistics solutions will allow you to shape, build and deliver solutions in your functional area as well as contribute to the growth of the SAP DTS Capability.

Role responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess client business processes and requirements to design SAP MM / WM and LE / IM solutions aligned with best practices.
• Configure SAP systems to improve logistics, inventory, and warehouse processes, ensuring seamless integration with other modules.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, guiding them through transformation and offering tailored solutions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA MM and WM implementations, including deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across project stages, from planning to post go-live support.
• Translate business needs into practical SAP solutions within agile, distributed teams.

Skills and experience required:

• Proven SAP S/4HANA or ECC experience, with expertise in MM, WM, LE, IM modules, and full-cycle project involvement.
• Strong skills in configuring and optimizing logistics, inventory, and warehouse processes, ensuring integration across SAP modules.
• Hands-on experience in SAP configuration for key functional areas like Goods receipt, Goods Issue, Demand Planning, JIT, and Warehouse Processes.
• Advisory skills, advocating for best practices and aligning solutions with strategic SAP roadmaps.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose improvements.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and awareness of SAP’s latest capabilities and roadmap.
• Interest in AI and Machine Learning to leverage new SAP features for automation and analytics.

Security clearance: Candidates must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residency in the UK for the past 5 years and other criteria. Some roles may be restricted to UK nationals.
