Currently, we are looking for a SAP S4/HANA Solution Architect at a Senior Manager Level to join the team.You Will Be Responsible ForDesigning, configuring, and deploying S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.Lead solution architecture assessments with key client stakeholdersDevelop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clientsTranslating client’s requirements into the technical design and implementation plan of complex, scalable and robust solutionsResolve key design decisions focusing on best practice, ‘adopt not adapt’ solutionsHelp to mobilize the team and set-up the right delivery and architectural artifacts for delivery team to succeedBe actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clientsTrain, coach, and supervise team membersThis Role Is For You IfExperience of implementing SAP in the Utilities sector working in one or several of the following sectors: Water Utilities, Electricity Transmission, Electricity Distribution, Nuclear Energy and Renewable EnergyYou have done a minimum of 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA programmes in the Utilities sectorDeep technical expertise in one or more core SAP modules e.g. Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Sales, Service, and Asset management (EAM)Has led the solution strategy and design for multiple end to end S/4 HANA implementationsDemonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-moving SAP technology landscapePassionate about understanding client’s strategy and requirements, takes pride in building complex, scalable and robust solutions, can explain this in simple language to a senior client stakeholder and willing to constantly push the boundaries of what’s possibleKnowledge of best practice design and architecture principles with an advisory focusExcellent stakeholder management and relationship building both internally and with the clientPre-sales experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.What You’ll Receive From UsNo matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
