OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our HR Transformation team. The successful candidate will design, implement and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions, helping organisations modernise and optimise their HR processes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure modules, provide expertise during deployment, and ensure best practice adoption, delivering tangible value to our clients.ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment etc.)Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into system design and configurationsConfigure SuccessFactors modules according to client requirements and quality standardsSupport data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), training and go-live activitiesProvide post-go-live support and system enhancementsProduce high-quality documentation including process flows, configuration workbooks, and functional specificationsAdvise clients on SuccessFactors best practices, roadmap and release managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, reporting, and change managementBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisorSkills & ExperienceEssential:Proven experience (typically 2–5+ years) implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutionsCertified in at least one SuccessFactors moduleStrong understanding of HR processes and best practiceExperience with business analysis, requirements gathering and translating into technical solutionsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage priorities, work independently and in teams, and meet project deadlinesExperience of working in a consulting environment or delivering projects for external clientsDesirable:Additional module certifications (e.g., Employee Central Payroll, Time Off)SAP HCM / ECC HR or S/4HANA experienceExperience with integration technologies (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi)Familiarity with data migration and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud)Understanding of UK HR legislation and compliance requirementsQualificationsSAP SuccessFactors certification (minimum one module; multiple preferred)Degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, Business, or related fieldLocationMainly remote (UK & Europe) with customer site visits when required #J-18808-Ljbffr
