Bring your expertise in SAP ECP to a key role near London Bridge, with the flexibility of remote work. Support end-to-end payroll implementations, optimize processes, and ensure UK compliance in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills:

• 10-12 years in SAP Payroll, 3-5 years of full lifecycle SAP ECP projects
• Strong configuration, schema, and rule development experience
• Knowledge of payroll cycles, wage types, hiring/termination, benefits
• Familiar with Employee Central fundamentals, data maintenance, time management, RBPs
• Experience with replication, field mappings, CPI
• UK payroll regulations and complex industry experience (public sector, retail, manufacturing)

Nice to Have:

• Additional Employee Central experience
• CPI integration skills
• Support during go-lives and post-implementation

Preferred:

• Relevant degree
• Extensive SAP ECP implementation history
