Overview
As part of our Transformation Programme, we are looking for a proactive Test Analyst with experience within SAP SuccessFactors. This is a fixed-term contract expected to last one year.
Main Responsibilities
- Support hands on testing of the Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Also support the WorkForce Time and Attendance application.
- Perform various tasks, including functional, regression, System Integration and User Acceptance testing.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the QA process and best practice.
- Create and maintain test documentations, including Business Scenarios, Test Scripts and test summary repots.
- Support the Test Manager for Project and reporting activities.
- Identify, document and track defects using ALM/SharePoint Defect logging tools, resolution and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with Suppliers, Business stakeholders and Project Teams.
- Business test coordination and support for software lifecycle test phases.
Experience & Qualifications
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification or equivalent
- Demonstrable hands-on experience as a Test Analyst.
- Extensive experience of SAP Success Factors.
- A developed understanding of software testing methodologies and best practice.
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues clearly and concisely.
- An understanding of SAP Integrations.
- Extensive stakeholder engagement experience
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hybrid role with onboarding on site at Solihull Head Office; it may also require occasional travel to other Tarmac sites.

Solihull Head Office, Solihull, UK. Hybrid working arrangement with initial onboarding on site.
