Role – We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain Consultant with deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Logistics Service Provider (LSP) functionalities. This is an opportunity to partner with global teams across IT, operations, and business functions, shaping innovative solutions that transform logistics and supply chain management within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key skills:

• 8+ years’ experience in SAP SCM, with 4+ years in LSP functionalities.
• Proven S/4 HANA LSP implementation experience with strong 3PL integration expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA LSP functionalities, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP integration tools: PI/PO, IDocs, EDI, APIs.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules: WM/EWM, TM, MM, QM.
• Knowledge of serialization, track & trace, and cold chain compliance in pharma logistics.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
• Experience in data governance, master data, and quality management.
• Background in SAP implementation/modernization projects.
• Previous consulting experience with global organizations.
• Consulting background is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written)

Responsibilities:

• SAP S/4 HANA Implementation & Support – Lead/support end-to-end implementation with focus on Logistics Execution, SCM, and LSP functionalities.
• 3PL Integration – Design, configure, and optimize processes to ensure seamless integration with external logistics providers.
• Pharmaceutical Compliance – Ensure all solutions comply with cGMP, FDA, EU, and other regional pharma regulations.
• Process Optimization – Assess current logistics/distribution processes, identify improvements, and deploy best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, IT) and external partners to capture requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Data Management & Reporting – Build analytics and reporting solutions for supply chain visibility, inventory tracking, and compliance metrics.
• Testing & Validation – Create and execute test scripts, manage UAT, and validate solutions against pharma quality standards.
• Training & Documentation – Deliver training, create SOPs, and maintain comprehensive system/process documentation.
• Continuous Improvement – Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for efficiency and compliance.
