Nottingham CityCare are excited to announce that we are recruitingQualified SCPHN Health Visitors at various bases across Nottingham City and areoffering a starting salary of mid-point band 6.

Nottingham CityCare is a dynamic organisation, commissioned to provideNHS services in the community.

We are currently recruiting qualified Health Visitors that are committedto developing and embedding innovative ways of working with key partners todeliver quality childrens public health services.

You will be part of our 0-19 Public Health team, with your caseloadrelated to your specialism (0-5). You will work in various community settingsand clients homes, leading on delivery of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme viaour universal and targeted services.

Our starting salary ismid-point band 6 for all staff who are newly qualified or have qualified withinthe last three years. Salary can also be negotiateddepending on experience and current rate of pay and we honour agenda for changeTerms and Conditions.

In addition, you will have access to a preceptorship programme which isthe first in the Midlands to have been awarded the National Quality Mark, withprotected time for continued professional development and study sessions.

We also have a dedicatedSafeguarding Service who will provide you with safeguarding advice, support andsupervision. Our supervision package also includes management supervision andclinical/restorative supervision when required

Main duties of the job

In partnership with our partners, you will be delivering our offer alongside evidence-based programmes of care to children and families. You will also lead on reducing health inequalities and improving the health and wellbeing of children and their families within Nottingham City.

The hours of work will be minimum 22.5 over 3 days (Part time) to 37.5 hours (Part Time/Full time). The Service hours are Monday Friday 8.30am 5pm excluding weekends and bank holidays.
