SDR Manager - London (Hybrid)

New Yesterday

Overview

SDR Manager – London (Hybrid)

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to step up and take on their first big leadership role. At MNI, we’re growing fast - new products launching, the sales team expanding, and plenty of opportunity for the right person to make an impact.

This role is all about people. You’ll be managing a pod of 8 SDRs, helping them develop from day one through to promotion (typically within 6–8 months). You’ll be in the trenches with them - coaching, motivating, running call sessions, digging into the numbers, and celebrating the wins.

We want someone who loves developing talent, can spot opportunities for growth, and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up. If you’re ambitious, data-savvy, and passionate about coaching, this is a brilliant chance to grow quickly yourself while building out the next wave of sales talent. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be coaching, training, and driving performance in a collaborative, feedback-driven culture. You’ll report to the Head of Sales Development.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of 8 SDRs
  • Running onboarding, training and coaching sessions
  • Helping the team hit pipeline goals through strong qualification and trial creation
  • Working closely with Marketing, New Business and Account Management
  • Reporting on performance and sharing insights with leadership
  • Playing a part in shaping the wider outbound sales strategy

What we're looking for

  • Experience managing or coaching SDRs (or strong SDR lead experience)
  • 1–2 years across the full sales cycle
  • A natural people person with a coaching mindset
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and pipeline metrics
  • Interest in financial markets and current affairs (FinTech, SaaS or financial content background is a bonus)
  • A degree (2:1 or higher) in Business, Economics, Politics, or similar

What We Offer

  • We’re growing 30% year on year, with 3 new products launching this year
  • Progression opportunities and a chance to take on more strategic responsibility
  • Hybrid working (3–4 days in the London office, flexibility built in)
  • You’ll be part of a genuinely exciting phase of growth, where your impact will be seen straight away
  • Competitive salary and benefits package

If you’re ambitious, love coaching, and want to accelerate your career while helping others do the same, we’d love to hear from you.

MNI recognises the importance of work life balance. If you’re looking for a role where you can grow, learn, and be part of an ambitious global team, we’d love to hear from you. Send your CV to: recruiting@marketnews.com
