About The Role

To drive the initial engagement, tracking of application and onboarding of quality Registered Individuals (all as Restricted Financial Planners - RFPs) into Quilter Financial Advisers (QFA), the National Advice arm of Quilter PLC.

These advisers will be predominantly focused on Pension & Investment business, with a passion for strong client outcomes and a willingness to grow within the group.

The focus of the Search Consultant will be to support the Regional Director source and convert high quality recruits, ensuring the recruit journey meets the expectations set out by Quilter.

The Search Consultant will be responsible for supporting the adviser population growth across Quilter Financial Advisers. Working alongside the Regional Director, the Search Consultant will be tasked with identifying and contacting high quality financial planning individuals and introducing them to the Quilter Financial Advice proposition.
