As a future Sector Lead Logistics/Asset Manager, reporting to the Global Sector Lead/Local Head of AM, you will be part of AXA IM Alts Real Estate. Our teams have over 30 years’ experience in real assets investment.

Our approach is built on a comprehensive view of the market and long-term value creation strategies. With about 650 people across 14 offices in over 20 countries, we combine global strength with local presence.

Your Opportunity

The Asset Manager manages a large portfolio of logistic assets, focusing on operational management and value creation, including acquisitions, disposals, and asset repositioning. Responsibilities include:

Your Profile

Qualifications include a degree in business or real estate, RICS accreditation preferred, and significant experience in real estate asset and investment management, especially in logistics. Skills required are strong communication, financial analysis, autonomy, and fluency in English; French is a plus.
