We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Compliance Manager. It aims to improve ways of working, processes, and systems to meet university goals, ensuring the department remains effective and efficient.
As Security Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in future planning of events, security risk assessments, and security plans, managing risks with the Head of Service and Facilities Management.
You will advise on security plans and risk assessments for faculty and school buildings, especially for conferences and university events. This includes assessing future security needs, managing risks, and providing detailed reports.
You will also review the use of security systems to ensure they are used properly, identify innovations, and ensure proper management and maintenance.
Applicants should have experience in managing security events and projects, applying best practices, and delivering high-profile projects. Understanding of the HE environment and the ability to challenge norms are essential.
