We are seeking experienced Security Engineers to join our growing Security Team. You’ll play a crucial role in securing our organization by managing our enterprise security tooling, integrating security practices, and shaping a culture of security.
What you’ll do
Build, manage, and improve enterprise security tooling such as Okta, CrowdStrike, and Zscaler with a focus on GitOps and automation.
Work with TechOps, Platform, and application teams to harden infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Build security services and engineer guardrails for cloud‑native environments and AI.
Support security operations and help improve incident processes (not on an on‑call rota).
Keep up to date with the latest security architecture and technologies and assess how they could benefit the company.
Develop and maintain security documentation related to security tooling, including technical documentation and guides.
What you’ll have
Leadership skills and the ability to get things done.
Information security and engineering background.
Familiarity with managing enterprise security tools at scale with a GitOps focus.
Experience with security tools such as web application firewalls (WAFs), SAST/DAST tools, and vulnerability scanners.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
What will help
Experience with Python and Terraform (or another similar language).
Previous experience with managing enterprise security tools.
Familiarity with zero‑trust access principles and implementation.
Security certifications.
Certifications from cloud and platform providers.
Security or engineering qualifications (e.g., degrees or apprenticeships).
